COVERGIRL LipPerfection™ Lipcolor

NOW I KNOOOOOW I HAVENT BLOGED IN FOREVER, BUT PLEASE DONT BE MAD AT ME! 😭

In the pictures above I'm showing ya'll a new lip color for you lipstick lovers out there, it's 275 kiss baiser from Covergirl. They categorize this shade under Nudes/Corals/&Reds. It's supposed to give you softer lips in seven days. Also if you care, it won a cosmopolitan beauty award. So that's cool.
It has a very conditioning silky feel to it, and it has a very light scent, that's hmm..ehh..nice..for a lipstick.

Overall I like it! I give it a 👍!
We'll see if the softer lips claim is true next week.

If you have any questions just drop me a comment! 💋

FOCUS. (with tips on how to do so, check link)

Do you ever feel like you're just stuck going round and round in a continuos circle? I think a lot of us hit a point in our life where we question our true purpose. You wonder, and you look around, pondering, second guessing. We'll let me bring you some comfort by saying I feel you, and you're not the only one, nor are you "lost", maybe just a little of track, but you're not lost.

One thing I really learned this year is how to stay grounded. I had a teacher that definitely went into depth on how important this is, and when I think back on those lessons I take a deep breath and try to regain control when I loose it. It is so important to know how to really be able to grasp your visions, hold on to them hard and stay focused, not allowing life's obstacles to disunite you from what's most important.

At the end of the day we all have our ups and down's. You must remain confident in yourself, in those who love you that have your best interest at hand, real family and friends, and GOD. If you're a spiritual person I recommend praying for guidance, it was advised to me and it does help tremendously. Believing is everything.  Most importantly, remember, YOU come first. It's a wonderful thing to help people out, but sometimes by doing so you can let yourself become engulfed in others schedules loosing site of your own. That's ok too, we get off track sometimes, just step back, and refocus.

Be careful where and when you allow anoesis to descend upon your mental...I'm guilty of this happening to often, a rarity for others, but I am a pisces. Stay grounded folks!

Crinkles. "I say it's OK to love em'!"

As long as they're not super "harsh, too much hairspray, hard as rock". I think crinkles in your hair are super cute in a sorda "feeling a little lazy, but you know you still dig the look" kind of way. Lol, I say have fun with it! Why not!

There are different ways you can get this style. Of course you can use the crinkle iron (although most of us don't have one unless you raid your mom "flash back to the 80's box") and make it happen quick, but if you want to save your hair the damage, just do two or three french braids in your head before you go to bed, feel free to use a lil product to hold, then when you wake, take them out & voilà! You've got a hair style on the go!

"MIDNIGHT EXPRESS" #RandomThoughts

Life... it has it's up's and down's, it's "when you think you are on the right track", and the "falling off the rail moments." But, regardless of the 'good' and the 'bad', at the end of the day I believe that it truly all does happen for a reason, and with that, a lesson is always to follow.
You can choose to bask in negativity, or learn how to realize that your glass is half full rather then half empty. Optimism.. is a word that is used by many, but followed by few... Does that make sense? What I mean is, a lot of people will "preach" about how positive or 'happy' they are in life, but deep down inside, they're bitter and empty.

I know it's not easy to always be optimistic, but one way I can tell you how is by appreciating what you DO have in life. The people, family, friends, those who support you, and yourself. You have to be happy with you before you can be truly happy in life. Love yourself, learn to appreciate you as a person, and also realize your "flaws" and try to improve them. No one is 'perfect' or better then the next. The little steps you take to becoming a better you the more you will receive and enjoy your fruit's of labor.

Right now I'm in a place where I do still see my dream (thank God), and I am still motivated to accomplish it all. I'm always up for a challenge, and I believe by doing just that, it'll also help towards your progression in life. Never stop, never settle. I do lose focus here and there, but I try to remain moving at a forward angle. I can honestly say that I am happy right now, so happy that I feel at peace, & this is a moment that I want to stop, look around, and appreciate it. The love, I feel it. It's a beautiful thing, and it does shift as you mature (that's a whole 'nother blog). For right now I just want to say Thank You. To everyone, for absolutely no reason, but just because, because I appreciate life, and all that comes with it.

Know that these are just my scattered thoughts of the moment, but for some reason I felt a need to jot them down..figured I might as well share... there's always somebody out there that can connect and relate, hopefully whoever they are, they got to read this. Keep going, never stop.

Looking forward to future lessons...
