You cant really just tell people to "go for there goals" ..they might not know how to, there is a way! (now some of you might obviously know this , but not everybody)

..Short-term, Medium-term & Long-term goals, you gotta set them & be serious about it. It's an organized way of keeping track of your progress to where you want to be in the future.

Short-term goals are something you set out to accomplish within a few days, to a few weeks, & they're something that you can start working on now.

Medium-term goals build on the foundation of the short-term goals. Its the halfway point the "OK I got step one done, I see the progress & I'm closer to my ultimate goal." Reaching this point really gives you a boost in believing that your long term goal/goals can really be achieved. This may take you a few months.

Long-term goals can take about a year or so. Planning and experience, knowledge and a great work ethic has got you here. Once you get to this step, its like having a hand shake with your future, you've worked hard to get here, & you want to stay & progress.

Now the time 2 set your goals are not an "exact science". Go at your own pace, with which you're comfortable with. Key points, MAKE SURE U WRITE THE SH*T DOWN, it'll make it visually easier for you to work on achieving the goals you have set, to help YOU get to where you WANT to be in the future!
